IT College Student Wins Third Place in the Powerlifting Championship at the University of Babylon

Ahmed Muthanna, a student from the Department of Information Networks at the College of Information Technology, achieved a notable athletic accomplishment by securing third place in the University of Babylon Powerlifting Championship. The event brought together competitors from various colleges in an atmosphere marked by discipline, strength, and high-level competition.
This achievement was made possible through the guidance and follow-up of the Student Activities Unit at the college, in cooperation with the Student Activities Division at the University of Babylon, which provided the necessary support to ensure effective student participation and a distinguished representation of the college.
Commemorative photos were taken of the student with the medal and the trophy, in the presence of Prof Dr Al Harith Abdul Kareem Abdullah, Head of the Information Networks Department, and Prof Dr Wesam Sameer Bhaya, Dean of the College of Information Technology, who congratulated the student and praised his efforts and outstanding performance in university sports events.
