The Council of the Cybersecurity Department at the College of Information Technology, University of Babylon, held its regular meeting chaired by Asst Prof Dr Ahmed Khalfa Ubaid, with the attendance of the council members, to review various aspects related to the organization of academic operations and the overall progress of the teaching process within the department.

The meeting opened with remarks from the Head of Department, who emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring of the academic schedule, ensuring that lectures proceed according to the approved timetables, and maintaining a smooth and orderly learning environment. He highlighted the necessity of adhering to departmental guidelines and providing supportive conditions that foster student engagement and academic success.

The council discussed mechanisms for tracking the delivery of course lectures, identifying challenges faced by faculty members inside the classrooms, and developing practical solutions that uphold the quality of instructional content. The discussion also addressed students’ needs and academic requirements throughout the semester, aiming to enhance their learning experience and ensure timely support.
