As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic collaboration and the exchange of scientific expertise among Iraqi universities, the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon seconded Professor Dr. Faiz Ali Rashid, a faculty member of the Department of Information Networks, to the University of Sulaimani to serve as a member of the examination committee for the PhD dissertation of the student Rozhkar Anwar Aziz at the College of Science – Department of Mathematics.
The dissertation, entitled:“Some Properties of Certain Types of Ideal Submodules and Topological Spaces with Their Associated Graphs,”
presents an in-depth investigation into the properties of specific classes of ideal submodules within algebraic structures and topological spaces, along with an analytical study of their associated graphs. The research aims to advance the theoretical understanding of these mathematical concepts and explore their potential implications for broader applications in scientific research and modern technological fields.
The participation of Professor Dr. Faiz Ali Rashid in this scholarly defense reflects the College of Information Technology’s commitment to supporting academic research, enhancing its institutional presence in national academic forums, and contributing to the development of postgraduate studies through active collaboration with universities and research institutions.
