Training Course at the College of Information Technology to Challenge IT Rules and Enhance Digital Innovation

Within the objectives of the Cybersecurity Department aimed at developing technical competencies and enhancing students practical skills in facing contemporary digital challenges the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Information Technology in cooperation with the department organized a specialized training course titled "Seven Days to Break IT Rules" which aimed to refine students technical skills and enhance their ability to tackle technical challenges using innovative and effective methods.

The course was presented by Dr Mohammed Ibrahim Karim Ms Israa Saleh Kamel Ms Ghasaq Baha Abdulhussein and Ms Duhaa Fadel Abbas and the course covered several advanced topics including understanding network structures and operating systems analyzing security vulnerabilities database management and using advanced tools and techniques to break traditional technical constraints in programming and system administration practical cases simulating real IT problems were also applied including designing innovative solutions to handle cyber attacks improving system performance and developing innovative methods to analyze and process digital data.

The course sought to enable participants to break conventional patterns in dealing with IT concepts and encourage them to adopt innovative approaches that support creativity and digital leadership with a focus on gaining practical experiences applicable across various academic and professional environments.

The course witnessed high interaction from students through discussions and practical applications which reinforced the practical understanding of the presented concepts in line with the college objectives to support training and scientific activities that keep pace with rapid developments in the fields of Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
