The Cybersecurity Department at the College of Information Technology, in cooperation with the Continuous Education Unit, organized a workshop titled "From the University of Babylon to Global Companies". The session was delivered by Mr. Muhannad Diaa Al-Ameedi, a software engineer at Oracle in the United States.

The workshop focused on securing large-scale software systems, providing insights into the latest techniques and methodologies used to protect enterprise applications. The speaker highlighted key security challenges faced by global corporations such as IBM, Microsoft, and Oracle, where he has previously worked, and shared valuable real-world expertise in cybersecurity.
