The Department of Software Engineering Celebrates the Graduation of Fourth-Year Students in a Distinguished Academic and Family Gathering

In a heartwarming and proud atmosphere, the Department of Software Engineering at the College of Information Technology held a special ceremony to honor and recognize its fourth-year students on the occasion of their graduation. The event was marked by a blend of joyous celebration and emotional moments, as feelings of success mingled with tears of happiness.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed Dean, Dr. Wissam Sameer Baheya, who delivered a speech expressing his pride in the graduates. He emphasized the importance of continuing their academic and professional excellence, while commending the relentless efforts of the faculty in guiding the students throughout their academic journey.
Dr. Sura Zaki Al-Rashed, Assistant Professor and Head of the Software Engineering Department, also addressed the audience. In her speech, she highlighted the department’s achievements and its pivotal role in preparing a distinguished generation capable of facing the challenges of the evolving technology job market.
Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Kadhim, the department’s rapporteur, expressed his pride in this exceptional group of students and stressed the importance of maintaining a spirit of perseverance and innovation in their future endeavors.

Student representative Jaafar Sadiq delivered a deeply emotional speech on behalf of his peers, extending sincere gratitude to all who supported them along the way.
