On the morning of Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon officially commenced the final examinations for the second semester (first round) for students in the upper academic years. The examinations are being held across all scientific departments of the college in an atmosphere characterized by discipline, order, and academic rigor.

The examinations are conducted under the direct supervision of the college’s administration and with continuous follow-up by the heads of the scientific departments, who emphasized their commitment to providing an ideal testing environment that facilitates smooth and fair examination procedures. All activities are carried out in accordance with the official examination regulations and ministerial guidelines.

Professor Dr. Wissam Sameer Bahee, Dean of the College, affirmed that the college had completed all necessary administrative and logistical preparations prior to the commencement of the exams. These preparations included the readiness of examination halls, the organized deployment of invigilators, and the provision of all necessary support to ensure the exams proceed efficiently and securely.

The heads of departments further indicated that examination schedules are being monitored and implemented on a daily basis. Efforts have been made to ensure that students receive the support they need and that examination environments are well-prepared, reflecting the college’s commitment to upholding high standards in both education and assessment.
