Commencement of Final Examinations for Postgraduate Students at the College of Information Technology

On the morning of Monday, June 16, 2025, the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon launched the first-round final examinations for the second semester of the academic year for postgraduate students (Master’s and Ph.D.) in the Departments of Software and Information Networks. The examinations took place in a calm and well-organized academic environment.

The examination process is being conducted under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Wissam Sameer Baheeah, with diligent follow-up by the Head of the Software Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Sura Zaki Al-Rashed, and the Head of the Information Networks Department, Professor Dr. Al-Harith Abdul Kareem Abdullah. The administrative team carried out inspection tours of the examination halls to monitor the progress and ensure full compliance with the approved examination regulations and guidelines.

During his inspection, the Dean emphasized the College’s commitment to providing an optimal testing environment that enables students to complete their exams smoothly. He highlighted the importance of adhering to ministerial directives and upholding rigorous academic standards that reflect the quality and level of the College’s postgraduate programs.

Department heads also expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the examination committees, as well as the dedication of the academic and administrative staff. They affirmed their continued daily follow-up to ensure the success of the examination process and the achievement of its intended academic goals.
