The College of Information Technology Participates in a Mass Rally Condemning the Israeli Aggression and Violations of Iraqi Airspace Duhaa Fadill Abbas The College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon, represented by the esteemed Dean Prof. Dr. Wesam Sameer Bhaya, along with a group of faculty members and administrative staff, took part in the mass rally organized by the University of Babylon. The event was led by the respected University President, Prof. Dr. Ameen Ajeel Al-Yasiri, and witnessed wide participation from deans of colleges, faculty members, employees, and students from across various academic units. This rally was held in strong condemnation of the brutal Israeli aggression against Islam and Muslims, and in protest of the repeated violations of national sovereignty, particularly the unlawful breaches of Iraqi airspace. Participants expressed their unequivocal rejection of such transgressions through slogans and banners that underscored the unity of the academic and public stance against all forms of injustice and aggression. Through this participation, the College of Information Technology affirms that the moral, religious, and national duty necessitates standing in solidarity against any act of aggression targeting Islam and Muslims or infringing upon national sovereignty. This aligns with the College’s academic mission and human values of supporting justice, advocating for truth, and rejecting arrogance and domination.
