College of Information Technology Concludes Final Examinations for Postgraduate Students in Software and Network Information Departments

On Wednesday, July 3, 2025, the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon concluded the final examinations for postgraduate students (Master’s and Ph.D. levels) in the Departments of Software and Network Information, marking the end of the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. The exams were conducted in an environment characterized by discipline, academic rigor, and direct supervision from the College s administration and examination committees.

The examination process adhered strictly to the regulations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and was aligned with the directives of the University Presidency. Comprehensive preparations were made to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams, including the arrangement of exam halls, provision of proper lighting and ventilation, and the establishment of a conducive academic environment that supports student focus and optimal performance.

Professor Dr. Wesam Sameer Bhaya, the Dean of the College, commended the exceptional efforts of the examination committees, faculty members, and administrative staff. He emphasized that the success of the examination process was the result of high-level coordination and ongoing cooperation among all college units, reflecting the institution’s strong commitment to its academic mission.

The Dean also praised the seriousness and discipline demonstrated by the postgraduate students during their examinations, highlighting that this academic milestone represents a foundational stage in their scientific and research journeys, and serves as a gateway to promising academic and professional futures in the field of Information Technology.
