In line with the directives of the Dean of the College of Information Technology, the Registration and Graduate Studies Divisions continue to receive top-ranking graduates from the scientific departments, along with holders of postgraduate degrees (Master’s and PhD) who are not yet appointed, for the purpose of updating their personal data and completing their formal commitment forms. This initiative is a preparatory step towards the issuance of employment codes.

The relevant divisions have emphasized the importance of providing the original identification documents, along with a copy of the official administrative order conferring the degree, particularly for postgraduate degree holders. These measures are part of the college’s administrative preparations to complete the employment process.

This initiative reflects the college s commitment to supporting its graduates and tracking their professional development post-graduation. It also aligns with the strategic directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to follow up on the affairs of top graduates and individuals with advanced academic qualifications.
