Commencement of Final Examinations for Postgraduate Students at the College of Information Technology

The final examinations for the first academic semester first attempt for postgraduate students master’s and doctoral programs commenced on Monday 16 June 2025 at the College of Information Technology University of Babylon covering the three academic departments Software Engineering Information Networks and Cybersecurity and took place in a calm well organized academic environment
The examination halls witnessed an inspection tour by the President of the University of Babylon Professor Dr Amin Al Yasseri accompanied by the Dean of the College of Information Technology to review the progress of the examinations and ensure compliance with approved ministerial regulations and examination instructions The University President praised the high level of organization and the efforts exerted by the College Deanship and the examination committees
The examinations were also conducted under the direct supervision of the College Council members who carried out field visits to monitor the examination process and ensure the provision of an appropriate and supportive environment for students
The Dean of the College emphasized that the College is keen to provide an ideal examination environment that enables students to perform their exams smoothly stressing the importance of adhering to rigorous academic standards that reflect the distinguished academic level of postgraduate students
In turn the heads of academic departments expressed their appreciation for the efforts made by the examination committees and the academic and administrative staff affirming their continuous daily follow up to ensure the success of the examinations and the achievement of their intended academic objectives
At the conclusion the Deanship of the College of Information Technology extends its best wishes of success to its dear students in their academic journey reaffirming its ongoing support for all initiatives that contribute to enhancing the academic and research standards of postgraduate programs
