Training Course on Sustainable Medicine within the Second Sustainability Forum at the College of Information Technology

As part of the activities of the Second Sustainability Forum organized by the Information Networks Department at the College of Information Technology in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit a specialized scientific training course entitled Sustainable Medicine was held and delivered by Ms Nibras Abdul Ridha within the framework of supporting the Sustainable Development Goals particularly the goal of Good Health and Well-Being
The course aimed to enhance health awareness among participants regarding the concepts of sustainable medicine and its importance in improving the quality of healthcare services while reducing the environmental impacts of medical practices It also highlighted the role of medical innovation in supporting sustainable health systems and promoting community well-being
The course addressed several key themes including the principles of sustainable medicine its modern applications and the role of prevention and comprehensive healthcare in achieving health sustainability In addition the course discussed the impact of sustainable medical practices on strengthening public health and improving the efficiency of healthcare systems
This course forms part of a series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the Information Networks Department reflecting the College of Information Technology’s commitment to supporting sustainable development pathways and enhancing health awareness as well as the quality of education and scientific research
