The event was attended by members of the College Council and a number of faculty members, in addition to active participation from students across the academic departments. It was chaired by Professor Al-Harith Abdulkarim Abdullah, reflecting the College’s continued dedication to implementing high-impact academic initiatives that enhance students’ analytical and intellectual competencies and refine their ability to articulate and defend ideas within a structured scientific framework. The debate addressed three principal themes: the Fundamentals of Database Systems, the Fundamentals of Information Networks, and the Fundamentals of Cybersecurity. These focal areas demonstrate the integrative nature of the College’s disciplines and its commitment to reinforcing foundational concepts that underpin contemporary technological fields. The competition comprised three rounds, each dedicated to a specific academic stage within one of the scientific departments.
