Netivision Team at the Department of Information Networks Organizes a Workshop on Docker Flow Pro at the College of Information Technology Duhaa Fadill Abbas As part of ongoing efforts to support student-led initiatives and foster a practice-oriented learning environment, and in line with the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon’s commitment to developing students’ technical competencies and keeping pace with emerging technologies in cloud computing and system management, the Netivision team at the Department of Information Networks organized a distinguished workshop entitled “Docker Flow Pro.” The event witnessed notable attendance from students and technology enthusiasts, reflecting the growing interest in innovative projects that enhance practical skills and technical proficiency. The workshop aimed to introduce the Docker Flow Pro project, an innovative tool designed to simplify the use of Docker by transforming complex command-line operations into an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, thereby facilitating system building and management processes in a more efficient and user-friendly manner. The workshop included a hands-on demonstration of the tool, where participants learned how to utilize the platform effectively, build complete systems through simplified steps within a short time, and seamlessly connect services, enhancing their understanding of modern application infrastructures. Furthermore, the workshop highlighted the significance of the project in providing an accessible learning environment for students and beginners to better understand system architecture, while also offering professionals an effective means to reduce the time and effort required in developing and integrating services. The workshop was delivered by Mohammed Ali Abbas Khudair, a fourth-year student in the Department of Information Networks and a member of the Netivision team, who demonstrated a high level of academic competence and practical expertise through his presentation. This workshop forms part of a series of activities organized by the Department of Information Networks aimed at promoting student innovation and strengthening hands-on learning experiences, thereby preparing students to effectively respond to rapid technological advancements.
