Faculty Member from the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon Delivers a Scientific Workshop at the University of Cordoba on Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research

As part of the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon’s orientation toward academic openness and strengthening scientific collaboration with universities and educational institutions and reflecting the distinguished standing of its academic staff Dr Harith Abdul Kareem Abdullah Head of the Department of Information Networks at the college delivered a distinguished scientific workshop at the University of Cordoba entitled The Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Scientific Research This workshop was organized upon invitation from the Continuing Education Department in cooperation with the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering representing a step that reflects the depth of scientific communication and exchange of expertise between academic institutions

The workshop addressed the latest applications of artificial intelligence and their role in developing research methodologies in addition to presenting a range of digital tools that contribute to enhancing the quality of academic outputs and accelerating their completion in line with the requirements of technological advancement in the contemporary research environment

The workshop witnessed distinguished academic attendance including the University President the Assistant for Scientific Affairs deans of colleges and the rapporteur of the Department of Artificial Intelligence along with a number of faculty members and a large group of students who showed significant engagement with the workshop topics emphasizing the importance of employing artificial intelligence technologies in supporting the research process

In a related context the President of the University of Cordoba received Dr Harith Abdul Kareem Abdullah in his office praising his scientific efforts and active participation and presented him with a letter of appreciation in recognition of his distinguished contribution and role in the success of the workshop

This participation comes within the framework of the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon’s efforts to expand horizons of scientific cooperation with academic institutions and exchange expertise in a way that enhances the quality of education and scientific research and reinforces the college’s position in academic forums
