In an atmosphere characterized by faith and deep respect for authentic religious and humanitarian values, and as an embodiment of the spirit of compassion and social solidarity within the academic environment, a group of students from the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon organized a voluntary student initiative marking the death anniversary of Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him). The initiative was represented by distributing cakes and tea across the college premises, in a gesture that reflects a profound connection to religious occasions and the noble spiritual and human meanings they embody.

The initiative witnessed active participation from students who were keen to organize the activity in a spirit of cooperation and belonging, where cakes and tea were distributed to students, faculty members, and college staff in an atmosphere filled with respect and appreciation for this significant religious occasion.
