Department of Cybersecurity at the College of Information Technology, University of Babylon Celebrates the Graduation of Fourth-Year Students in a Distinguished Ceremony

In a prestigious celebratory atmosphere marked by pride and accomplishment, and with notable academic attendance, the Department of Cybersecurity at the College of Information Technology, University of Babylon, organized a graduation ceremony for its fourth-year students. The event reflected the culmination of years of dedication and perseverance, while highlighting the continuous support and academic nurturing provided to students throughout their educational journey. This ceremony stood as a defining milestone, marking the completion of an important academic phase and the beginning of a promising professional pathway in the fields of cybersecurity and advanced technologies. It further affirmed the department’s position as a dynamic academic environment that fosters excellence and prepares highly qualified graduates capable of addressing the challenges of the digital era.
The ceremony commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an, followed by official speeches that expressed deep pride in the students’ academic achievements. The Dean of the College delivered an inspiring address, commending the graduates for their commitment and excellence, and emphasizing that this accomplishment represents the beginning of a future rich with opportunities and responsibilities. He also encouraged them to continue developing their skills and to contribute effectively to society. In the same context, the Head of the Department of Cybersecurity delivered a motivational speech, expressing his pride in the graduates and his confidence in their ability to excel and make meaningful contributions across various professional domains.
The program also included a speech delivered by a student representative, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the faculty and supporters, reflecting on the academic journey and the experiences that shaped their professional identities. Additionally, a female student representative delivered a speech in English, articulating the aspirations and ambitions of the graduates while emphasizing the importance of the knowledge and skills they acquired during their studies.
