As part of its ongoing efforts to promote community awareness and reinforce national and cultural values, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Information Technology, University of Babylon, in cooperation with the Software Department, organized a scientific seminar entitled “The Culture of Conscious Behavior and Its Impact on Enhancing National Security,” presented by Dr. Khawla Kazem Mohammed.

The seminar addressed the importance of conscious behavior in building a more secure and stable society, and its role in supporting national security through strengthening individual awareness and social responsibility, in addition to promoting commitment to positive values and confronting behaviors that may negatively affect societal stability.

The seminar also highlighted the significance of spreading intellectual and behavioral awareness, particularly in light of the rapidly evolving challenges facing the modern world. It emphasized that national security is not limited solely to security-related aspects, but also depends on the awareness of individuals and their ability to make responsible decisions that contribute to protecting society and strengthening its cohesion.

The seminar witnessed active interaction from attendees, who discussed several topics related to conscious social behavior and its role in establishing a safe and stable environment, reflecting the importance of such themes in developing national and cultural awareness among students.

This seminar comes as part of a series of scientific and awareness-oriented activities organized by the College of Information Technology with the aim of promoting community culture and reinforcing the role of academic institutions in serving society and supporting issues related to national security and stability.
