IT Faculty Lecturer Chairs PhD Thesis Defense at Kufa University

Prof. Dr. Tawfiq Abdul-Khaliq Al-Asadi, a faculty member in the Department of Software at the College of Information Technology – University of Babylon, chaired the PhD thesis defense of Ms. Zuhour Musaed Eidam at the University of Kufa, College of Computer Science and Mathematics.

The thesis, entitled "Automated Video Colorization Techniques: Enhancing Visual Realism and Efficiency", explored automated video colorization methods aimed at improving visual realism and processing efficiency.

This defense reflects the College of Information Technology’s ongoing efforts to strengthen academic collaboration with other universities and support scientific research and development in the fields of information technology and artificial intelligence.

The committee commended the student for her distinguished scientific efforts in preparing the thesis and emphasized the practical applications of her research in digital media and video analysis.
