Department of Software Engineering Showcases Its Academic Presence at the First International Conference on Advanced Sciences and Applications (ICASA 2025)

As part of the Department of Software Engineering’s ongoing efforts at the College of Information Technology, University of Babylon, to strengthen its academic footprint and contribute to the international scientific community, Asst Prof Haider Kazem Zghair represented the department with a distinguished participation in the First International Conference on Advanced Sciences and Applications (ICASA 2025), hosted by Al-Mustaqbal University – College of Science.
Dr Haider took an active and prominent role in the conference, serving both as a member of the Scientific Committee and as Chair of the First Scientific Session. His dual responsibilities enabled him to oversee the academic discussions, guide the evaluation of presented research, and ensure the scientific depth and quality of the session’s proceedings, reflecting the expertise and scholarly commitment of the department.
During the session, he led in-depth discussions on cutting-edge research topics related to advanced scientific applications, fostering an environment that encouraged critical dialogue, innovation, and the exchange of emerging scientific ideas.
