In a clear embodiment of its ambitious vision to support and empower students across both academic and creative domains, and its ongoing commitment to building a comprehensive educational environment that goes beyond traditional learning boundaries, the Department of Information Networks at the College of Information Technology organized an artistic workshop titled “Ceramics and Glass Painting.” The event was held under the patronage of the College administration and with direct support from the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Al-Harith Abdul Kareem Abdullah, who places great emphasis on encouraging such meaningful activities as an integral part of developing well-rounded student personalities and enhancing their diverse skills. The workshop was conducted within the College premises in an interactive atmosphere that reflected the department’s dedication to fostering creativity and innovation.

This initiative aligns with the Department’s approach to supporting students in various fields, extending beyond technical education to nurturing artistic talents and providing platforms for creative expression. Such efforts contribute to shaping balanced individuals capable of innovation across multiple environments.

The workshop witnessed active student participation, featuring hands-on applications in ceramics and glass painting, alongside engaging recreational segments that created a vibrant and motivating environment, while strengthening collaboration and communication among participants.
