As part of the continuous follow-up of the examination process and the Presidency of the University of Babylon’s commitment to providing an integrated academic environment that ensures the success of final examinations in accordance with the highest standards of organization and discipline, the College of Information Technology received the President of the University, Professor Dr. Amin Al-Yasiri, accompanied by the ministerial committee assigned to monitor the progress of the final examinations. The visit aimed to conduct a field inspection of the examination procedures, organizational mechanisms, and the extent to which suitable conditions had been prepared for students within the College.

The delegation was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Wesam Sameer Bhaya, along with members of the College Council, who accompanied the visitors during their inspection tour of the examination halls, in a scene that reflected the College’s commitment to implementing ministerial instructions and providing a disciplined and academically rigorous examination environment that supports students and enables them to complete their examinations smoothly and comfortably.

The visit included an extensive field tour of the examination halls across the College’s three scientific departments. During the tour, the University President and the ministerial committee reviewed the general examination atmosphere, the mechanisms adopted for organizing the halls, and the administrative and service procedures implemented to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations. The delegation also observed the extent of students’ adherence to the examination regulations and instructions approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The tour further included an inspection of the examination environment and the services provided to students, as well as ensuring the availability of all necessary requirements that contribute to creating suitable conditions enabling students to perform their examinations with comfort and concentration, in accordance with approved academic standards.

During the visit, the University President praised the high level of organization and the procedures implemented at the College of Information Technology, commending the efforts of the College Deanship, examination committees, faculty members, and administrative staff in providing a well-organized and academically sound examination environment. He emphasized that these efforts reflect the College’s commitment to applying ministerial regulations and achieving the highest standards of discipline and academic quality.
This visit comes ضمن the framework of the continuous follow-up conducted by the Presidency of the University of Babylon to monitor the progress of final examinations across its colleges and to ensure the provision of all necessary requirements for the success of the examination process and the support of students at various academic levels.
