Practical sessions covered the use of Microsoft Word for preparing official documents and PowerPoint for designing professional presentations. Additionally, the course included hands-on training in creating posters and converting files and images using modern internet tools, as well as managing data and creating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Participants also learned how to utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline routine office tasks. The course introduced core principles of cybersecurity to safeguard information and data, provided guidance on managing email communications and digital calendar tools, and explored the use of cloud storage services for organizing and securing digital files. Furthermore, it emphasized the development of intelligent search techniques for efficient online research.
